Daniel Saathoff

Daniel Saathoff is an associate attorney for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, practicing in the firm’s corporate and commercial leasing departments.

Daniel’s corporate practice focuses on helping businesses, including startups and small-to-medium-sized businesses, with matters ranging from mergers and acquisitions, to other general legal matters that arise on a day-to-day basis.

His commercial real estate practice involves assisting tenants, landlords, and developers in the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of commercial properties across the United States.

Daniel was born and raised in the Orlando area. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida, where he graduated in 2016 with a B.S. in Statistics.

After graduating from the University of Florida, Daniel worked as a financial analyst for two national home builders, where he worked closely with corporate executives to evaluate and underwrite hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of land transactions.

Daniel then went on to attend the University of Florida Levin College of Law, on a merit-based, full-tuition scholarship. While at UF Law, Daniel served as an Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review and received a Book Award for the highest grade in Corporate Finance. He went on to graduate from law school with honors.
