Overview
Hannah Lief is an associate attorney in Winderweedle Haines Ward Woodman P.A.’s litigation department. Hannah concentrates her practice on business, healthcare, and real estate litigation, including contract disputes, healthcare compliance, real estate disputes and title claims, and commercial landlord-tenant matters. Her prior experience consists of representing companies in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and healthcare companies in contractual disputes.
Hannah spent a significant portion of her education in Washington, D.C. She earned her B.B.A. in Finance, with a minor in Economics, cum laude, from The George Washington University School of Business in 2022 and her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law in 2025. During law school, she served as a Note and Comment Editor for the American University Business Law Review (AUBLR). Her Comment, Defining "Use in Commerce": The Supreme Court's Evolving Extraterritorial Application of the Lanham Act, is featured in Volume 14, Issue 1 of the AUBLR.
She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member of the Health Law and Business Law Sections of the Florida Bar. In her free time, Hannah enjoys hiking, skiing in the West, spending time with her family, and cooking.
