Heather Moraes practices in commercial real estate and leasing, where she represents both regional and national clients, with a focus on retail and office development. She also represents both borrowers and lenders in the areas of loan closings and restructuring. She is a graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law with her J.D. and is rated an AV Preeminent attorney by Martindale Hubbell. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Firm shareholder, J. Jeffrey Deery, serves as general counsel to smaller businesses throughout Central Florida and practices in the areas of complex business transactions, healthcare and banking litigation as well as business shareholder disputes and complex commercial transactions. His experience also includes litigating disputes over employment covenants and executive compensation agreements. Jeff has been recognized as a leader in various charitable and not-for-profit organizations. He is also a frequent lecturer on law firm practice development and lawyer-client relationships.

Attorney C. Andrew Roy focuses on helping businesses, including startups and small/medium-sized businesses as their outside general counsel. He is a member of the Florida Bar and graduated cum laude from the Levin College of Law.
