Five From Winderweedle Named Super Lawyers and Four Named Rising Stars

Five firm attorneys were recently selected as 2026 Florida Super Lawyers, and four named as Rising Stars.

The attorneys named Super Lawyers are:  J.E. “Trippe” Cheek, III (Land Use/Zoning), Ryan E. Davis (Bankruptcy: Business), J. Jeffrey Deery (Business Litigation), Bradley M. Saxton (Bankruptcy:  Business), and Vanessa J. Skinner (Estate & Probate).

Five firm attorneys were recently selected as 2026 Florida Super Lawyers, and four named as Rising Stars.

The four attorneys named Rising Stars are Brandon DeGel (Business Litigation), Heidi M. Mitchell (General Litigation), Lauren M. Reynolds (Bankruptcy: Business) and Christopher K. Batts (Mergers & Acquisitions).

Super Lawyers, owned by Thomson Reuters, recognizes attorneys who have distinguished themselves in their legal practice.  The selection process is multi-phased and rigorous. Peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third-party research and validation of the attorney’s professional accomplishments.
