Overview
Timothy J. Kiley is a shareholder in Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman’s litigation department. His practice mainly focuses in the areas of commercial and complex contract disputes, banking, creditor’s rights, real property disputes, healthcare, and construction disputes. He also maintains a general business litigation practice, including foreclosures, loan workouts, collections, corporate divorce, fiduciary duty litigation, healthcare litigation, and enforcement and defense of non-compete agreements.
He has extensive experience representing financial institutions, business owners, property owners, developers, healthcare systems, and insurance companies in complex business litigation matters across the State of Florida.
He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Notre Dame Club of Greater Orlando, and is a member of the state and local bar associations.
Tim received his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 2003, and his J.D. from the University of Florida in 2007.
Tim clerked for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward, and Woodman during the 2005 and 2006 summer, and joined the firm in 2007.
