JP “Rusty” Carolan, III

J. P. “Rusty” Carolan concentrates his practice in business law, banking, lending, finance, as well as commercial and real estate transactions. While in law school he received the Order of the Coif, had two of his student works selected for publication in the University of Florida Law Review, was selected as Executive Editor of the University of Florida Law Review, and received book awards in property, contracts and creditor rights. He represents lenders, individuals and businesses in on-going business activities and transactions, and has served as general counsel to a variety of businesses as well as other law firms. Prior to joining the firm, Rusty served as a law clerk for the U.S. District Court Middle District of Florida.
