Heidi Mitchell is an associate in Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman’s litigation department. Heidi concentrates her practice in real estate, banking, business, health care, and bankruptcy matters, involving complex contract disputes, health care compliance issues, foreclosures, landlord tenant matters, real estate title claims, and creditors rights.
Heidi previously served on the board of directors for the Orlando Chapter of Commercial Real Estate for Woman (CREW), the management committee for the Central Florida Chapter of Urban Land Institute, is an active member of the state and local bar associations, and the Central Florida community.
Heidi received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida in 2009, and her M.A. in Diplomacy and International Relations from Seton Hall University in 2011. Heidi received her J.D. from the University of Florida in 2015, and received a book award for the highest grade in International Trade and the Environment.
Heidi is married to Jonathan Mitchell, an Assistant Coach with Mercer University’s Men’s Basketball program (Macon, GA), and they have 3 children, Ella (6), Elijah (4) and Ezekiel (4).
