Jessica Gavrich Espiritu
Jessica Gavrich Espiritu is an attorney with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, practicing primarily in the areas of Litigation, Creditors’ Rights, Business Law and Commercial Transactions.
Education and Awards
Jessica earned her B.S., in Finance, with Highest Honors, from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida in 2004, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. In 2007, Jessica received her J.D., with Honors, from University of Florida College of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the Florida Law Review and Chief Justice of the University of Florida Student Body Supreme Court. As a law student, Jessica received the Book Award in Legal Research and Writing and was published in the University of Florida Law Review.
Jessica served as a clerk for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman during the 2005 and 2006 summer sessions. Following law school, she was admitted to the Florida Bar and the New York Bar. Prior to joining Winderweedle in 2014, Jessica served as an attorney with prestigious international law firms in Orlando and New York City.
Jessica is a member of the Service Committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association and a lifetime member of the University of Florida Alumni Association. Jessica enjoys traveling, Gator football and spending time with family and friends, especially her husband and baby girls, Julia and Olivia.
