Overview
Jessica Gavrich Espiritu is Of Counsel with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman. Jessica primarily practices in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Healthcare Law and Business Transactions. Jessica represents clients of all disciplines in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity offerings, corporate restructuring, joint ventures and other strategic partnerships. Jessica also regularly advises physician groups and other health care clients in business succession, business transactions, employment agreements and regulatory matters. Jessica has extensive experience as well representing banking clients in complex business litigation and creditors’ rights matters. Jessica earned her B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance from the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida in 2004. In 2007, Jessica received her J.D., cum laude, from University of Florida College of Law, where she received many accolades and served as Managing Editor for the Florida Law Review and Chief Justice of the Student Body Supreme Court.
Jessica clerked for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman during the 2005 and 2006 summers. Following law school, Jessica was admitted to both the Florida Bar and the New York Bar and practiced law with prestigious international law firms in Orlando and New York City. Jessica joined Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman in 2014 after moving back to Central Florida with her husband and three daughters. In her free time, Jessica enjoys time with family, traveling and following Florida Gator athletics.
