J. Jeffrey Deery

Jeffrey Deery is a shareholder and Chief Business Development Officer with the law firm of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman, PA. Jeff practices mainly in the areas of complex business, health care, banking litigation, mergers, acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions. Jeff also serves as outside general counsel to businesses throughout Central Florida.

Responsible for handling all aspects of client’s business issues, Jeff has extensive experience representing banks, hospitals, schools, and franchisees,  as well as businesses in the health care, financial services, hospitality, and pest control industries. Jeff’s experience also includes litigating disputes over employment covenants and executive compensation agreements.

Jeff has been recognized as a leader in various charitable and not-for-profit organizations. He is also a frequent lecturer on mediation, law firm practice development, and lawyer-client relationships.
