Graham White is a shareholder in Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman’s Trusts & Estates department. Graham is Florida Bar Board Certified as a specialist in Wills, Trusts & Estates Law, and focuses his practice on estate planning, wealth preservation, estate and gift tax planning, charitable giving strategies (including formation of private foundations), business succession/exit planning, and probate and trust administration. Graham also has extensive experience in assisting business owners with entity formation and related agreements for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
