Michelle Bilsky

Michelle Bilsky is an associate attorney with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman. Michelle practices in the firm’s Trusts & Estates department as well as the corporate department. She practices mainly in the area of estate planning, probate administration, and employment law. Michelle also serves as outside general counsel specializing in corporate compliance for small to mid-size private employers.

Michelle was born in New York and grew up in Queens and Long Island. She moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida and currently resides in Longwood. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and an Executive Leadership Certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Michelle earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she graduated first in her class. She served as a Senior Editor of FAMU Law Review, as Research and Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law, served as board member for Phi Alpha Delta Cherry Chapter, and served on the Student Bar Association Judiciary Committee as Co-Chair. In the summer of 2021, she interned for Federal Court in the Southern District of Florida for Senior Judge Donald L. Graham. Michelle has worked for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman since October 2021 in the capacity of law clerk and paralegal, and joined the firm in the capacity of attorney in 2024.
