Overview

Claudia “Greycyn” Clark is an associate attorney in Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman’s litigation department. Greycyn concentrates her practice primarily in real estate, business, banking, and health care litigation, involving complex contract disputes, health care compliance issues, mortgage and lien foreclosures, commercial landlord tenant matters, and real estate title claims.

Greycyn was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida. After graduating from Winter Park High School, she attended the University of Florida, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English. While at UF, Greycyn served as Director of Sales for the Florida Blue Key Speech & Debate Tournament and as a Wealth Management Intern at an investment banking firm in Orlando.

Greycyn earned her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as an active member of Stetson Law Review, a teaching assistant for Torts and Florida Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and as a Guardian ad Litem for the 6th Judicial Circuit. In the summer of 2021, she interned at Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal for the Honorable Jay P. Cohen. She received book awards for the highest grade in Advanced Legal Research, Pre-Trial Practice, and Remedies.

After clerking for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman during the summer of 2022, she joined the firm in 2023.
