Overview

Mallory Ann Davis is an associate attorney whose practice focuses on commercial litigation and bankruptcy. She represents clients in a range of complex disputes, with experience in contested bankruptcy proceedings, contract disputes, and related commercial litigation. Prior experience includes work with an insurance defense firm where she primarily represented theme parks in the Orlando area. There, she personally conducted dozens of depositions, evidentiary hearings, and assisted in a two-week jury trial. Other experience includes representing a Chapter 11 trustee in a multi-debtor Ponzi scheme bankruptcy and representing commercial landlord clients in retail bankruptcy cases and providing litigation support in commercial, construction, and oil and gas matters.

Mallory earned her Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Her law school experience includes an externship with the Honorable Patrick Yeatts of the 24th Judicial Circuit of Virginia, where she attended and observed hearings, bench trials, and jury trials. In addition, she served as a research assistant to Professor Todd C. Peppers and gained early exposure to high-level policy and organizational development through internships with the Office of George W. Bush, the George W. Bush Presidential Center, and the Office of Speaker Paul Ryan.

She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Finance, with a minor in Accounting, from Clemson University. During her undergraduate studies, she also studied international financial markets at the Instituto Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence, Italy.
