Attorney Mallory A. Davis has joined the firm’s commercial litigation and bankruptcy department. Mallory represents clients in a range of complex disputes, with experience in contested bankruptcy proceedings, contract disputes, and related commercial litigation.
Her prior experience includes work representing theme parks and a Chapter 11 trustee in a multi-debtor Ponzi scheme bankruptcy. She regularly works with commercial landlord clients in retail bankruptcy cases providing litigation support in commercial, construction, and oil and gas matters. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and Texas. Mallory earned her Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law where she participated in an externship with the Honorable Patrick Yeatts of the 24th Judicial Circuit of Virginia and interned with the Office of George W. Bush, the George W. Bush Presidential Center, and the Office of Speaker Paul Ryan. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in marketing and finance, with a minor in accounting, from Clemson University. During her undergraduate studies, she studied international financial markets at the Instituto Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence, Italy.
