Ryan E. Davis Named Chair of WHWW’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Department

“WHWW is pleased to announce that Ryan Davis has agreed to serve as the Chairman of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights Department,” remarked Jere Daniels, the firm’s managing shareholder. “Ryan has established himself as a leader in both the bankruptcy bar through his high level of professionalism and competency in the courtroom, and in the community through his generous commitment of time and energy for a variety of charitable organizations.”

“Having started here as a summer associate after my first year of law school, I am honored to take on this new role,” said Ryan.  “We have a talented team and a great depth of experience in all facets of complex business bankruptcy cases. I look forward to building upon the success of my predecessor and mentor, Brad Saxton.”

Ryan is a certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification and past president of the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association. He is rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell and he has been recognized by Florida Trend Magazine as “Florida’s Legal Elite,” by Florida Super Lawyers, and by Orlando Magazine as “Orlando’s Best Lawyers.” His practice includes business bankruptcy, commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and receivership.
