Mike Carolan Named to the Board of the Coalition for the Homeless

Attorney Michael P. Carolan has been named to the Board of Directors of the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.

Mike represents commercial lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financial transactions with a focus on real estate. He also represents buyers and sellers in all aspects of the purchase and sale of real estate and assists business owners with corporate matters including entity formations and reorganizations. He holds his Board Certified in Real Estate from The Florida Bar.
