Mike Dawkins

Mike Dawkins is a shareholder with WHWW practicing in commercial real estate law.

Mike has extensive experience in all aspects of the acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of real estate, with a specific emphasis on complex commercial leasing. Mike negotiates retail, office, and industrial leases on behalf of both tenants and landlords on national and local levels, including national retailers, medical office developers and industrial developers and tenants.

He also has extensive experience representing owners, developers, retailers and homebuilders in all phases of the acquisition, development, sale, and leasing of commercial, mixed-use and residential projects, including contract negotiation, due diligence, master property instruments and joint development ventures.

Mike earned his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business.

He is admitted to The Florida Bar. He has been recognized as a Best Lawyer’s “One to Watch” in the area of and real estate law for 2021, 2022 and 2023.
