Feibai Ma

Feibai Ma is an associate at Winderweedle, Haines, Wards & Woodman P.A. Her practice focuses on business entities and bankruptcy, including corporate transactions, contract negotiations, contract disputes, foreclosures, and creditor’s rights.

Feibai was born in Nanjing, China. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies in 2014 and a Master of Arts from Nanjing University in 2017. After graduating, Feibai worked in Europe as a business developer and coordinator of the EMEA region for an automobile quality control company.

Feibai attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and received her J.D. degree in 2023. During law school, Feibai was a research assistant for Professor Annie Brett and Professor Christopher Hampson, researching topics including data licensing and quasi-sovereign bankruptcy. Feibai also served as a General Editor for the Florida Journal of International Law. She received the Book Award for Mergers & Acquisitions.

Feibai clerked for Winderweedle, Haines, Wards & Woodman during summer 2022 and joined the firm in 2023.
