Overview

Jeffrey Hudson is a partner in Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman’s Trusts & Estates department. Jeffrey practices in the areas of estate planning and elder law, with special focus on probate avoidance, asset preservation planning, planned giving strategies, business succession planning, long-term care planning, planning for disability, and estate settlement, including probate and trust administration. Jeffrey’s legal career has been dedicated to helping clients in the field of trusts and estates where he feels called to provide families with peace of mind through planning.

Jeffrey is a Central Florida native and attended Stetson University in DeLand, Florida, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. After attending American University in Washington, D.C., while interning for the United States Senate, Jeffrey returned to Orlando to pursue his legal studies at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, earning multiple book awards along the way to graduating with his Juris Doctorate degree.

Jeffrey has strong ties to his community, maintaining memberships with local chambers of commerce, serving on community boards, and lecturing on various estate planning topics as a guest speaker. Jeffrey is married to Sarah Hudson, with whom he shares two spirited daughters, Henley and Oaklyn.
