WHWW Welcomes Attorney Maheen Akhter

Attorney Maheen Akhter has joined the firm working in the areas of real estate and corporate law.

Maheen represents both regional and national clients in all aspects of commercial real estate, with a focus on buying and selling commercial real estate, commercial leasing, and commercial lending. Her practice also involves handling title and survey matters, land use, vendor agreements and general corporate matters, such as entity formation and governance.

Maheen earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she served as the Vice President of the South Asia Bar Association and was an active member of the Real Estate Society.

Maheen is admitted to both The Florida and Georgia Bars.
