Overview

Jaelin Bustamante is an associate attorney in Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman’s real estate department. Jaelin concentrates her practice primarily on transactional real estate, including commercial leasing and development and land sale acquisitions.

Jaelin was born and raised in Winter Garden, Florida. After graduating from West Orange High School, she attended the University of Florida, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Jaelin earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the International Comparative Law Review. She received the Deans award for the highest exam grade in Property.

After clerking for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman during the summer of 2024, she joined the firm in 2025.
