Michael P. Carolan, a shareholder with WHWW, is Board Certified in real estate law by The Florida Bar and an AV rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. In his practice he represents lenders and borrowers in a wide range of commercial and financial transactions, buyers and sellers in all aspects of the purchase and sale of real estate, and landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing. Mike holds his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his undergraduate degree from Duke University. He is currently the Chair-Elect of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and a recipient of The Best Lawyers in America© (2018 & 2019), designation in the area of real estate.
