Matthew Ladyman

Matthew Ladyman is a Partner with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman’s real estate department. Matthew concentrates his practice in commercial leasing and real property sales and acquisitions including contract negotiation, due diligence, title review and all related aspects of the purchase and sale process. Matthew has experience representing and counseling clients in the purchase and sale of a wide variety of property classes from vacant land to multifamily developments to shopping center plazas. He also has extensive experience in assisting business owners with ongoing business affairs including entity formation and related agreements for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.

Prior to joining WHWW, Matthew worked for an Orlando-based boutique law firm specializing in complex real estate and business matters.

In his free time, Matthew enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. He and his husband live in the “SoDo” area of Orlando, are fitness enthusiasts, and also count two dogs and a cat as family.
