Jeffrey R. Hudson has joined the firm as a partner, bringing fifteen years of experience practicing in the areas of estate planning, asset preservation planning, business succession planning, special needs planning, elder law, and probate and trust administration.
He is admitted to The Florida Bar where he is a member of the Elder Law, and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections. Locally, Jeff is active in the Orange County Bar Association’s Elder Law and Estate, Guardianship & Trust Committee, serves on multiple community boards as a director, and maintains memberships with local chambers of commerce.
He is a member of Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel and has been named a Best Lawyer in America© and listed in Who’s Who in the World. He earned his J.D. from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and his B.A. in political science from Stetson University.
