WHWW Welcomes Attorney Heather Nason

The firm welcomes attorney Heather S. Nason, practicing in commercial real estate. Heather’s practice focuses on retail and office development and leasing. She also represents both borrowers and lenders in the areas of loan closings and restructuring.

Heather holds her AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell and was named a Florida Super Lawyer “Rising Star” in 2010. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Commercial Real Estate Women, where she serves on the member services committee. She also serves on the board and executive committee of the Bridges of Light Foundation and is an active member of Celebration Church.

Heather is a frequent speaker on a variety of legal topics, including real estate liability and landlord/tenant issues. She holds her J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law, where she was a member of an international commercial arbitration moot court team. She graduated with high honors from University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse with a B.A. in political science and sociology.
