Jennifer A. Hostetler
Jennifer Hostetler is an associate in Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman’s Wills, Trusts, and Estates department, practicing mainly in the areas of trust and estate planning, probate and trust administration, and corporate law.
Jennifer is a native of Winter Park, graduating from Winter Park High School, then attending the University of Central Florida where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2012, graduating with honors, with a major in Political Science, and minors in Mass Communication and Legal Studies.
Jennifer obtained her J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2015, graduating with honors. While at FSU, she received book awards for the highest grade in Estate Planning, Estate and Gift Taxation, and Florida Civil Practice. While at FSU, Jennifer served as the Executive Article Editor for the FSU Law Review, as well as serving as a member of the Journal of Transnational Law & Policy. She was also a member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Society.
Jennifer went on to obtain her Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2016 concentrating in estate and gift taxation as well as corporate taxation. She received the book award for the highest grade in Tax Exempt Organizations during the LL.M. program.
