W. Graham White was born in Pensacola, Florida. He is a shareholder with the firm of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., and has been with the firm since 1988. He is chairman of the firm's Wills, Trusts and Estates practice area, counseling clients on estate planning matters (including estate tax and generation skipping transfer tax planning) and representing clients with regard to estate and trust administration and probate. Mr. White is also a member of the firm's Corporate practice area, representing both for-profit and non-profit, tax-exempt organizations.
Mr. White is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. He is certified as a specialist in the area of Wills, Trusts & Estates by the Board of Legal Education and Specialization of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section.
Mr. White attended Haverford College where he received his B.A., graduating with departmental honors in Political Science in 1985. He obtained his J.D. from Duke University School of Law where he graduated with honors in 1988.
