Randolph J.Rush is a shareholder with the law firm of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., practicing in the firm’s Winter Park office. He practices primarily in the firm's Real Estate practice area, representing clients with regard to all aspects of the sale, leasing, and financing of real property. Mr. Rush is the Chairperson of the firm's Real Estate practice area and is also a member of the firm's Commercial Lending, Business Law, Environmental Law, and Agricultural Law practice areas.
He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, Environmental and Land Use Law Section, and Tax Law Section.
Mr. Rush received a B.S.B.A. in Accounting degree (with honors) from the University of Florida in 1977 and a J.D. degree (with high honors) from the University of Florida College of Law in 1980. He also received a LL.M in Taxation degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 1981. Mr. Rush was a member of Order of the Coif and a Board Member of the Florida Law Review. He is the co-author with Joseph W. Little of " Resolving the Conflicts between Professional Ethics Opinions and Anti-Trust Laws," 15 Georgia Law Review 34, 1981; and with Jesse V. Boyles of " The Regulations Under Section 385: A Review, Evaluation and Suggested Approach," 27 Villanova Law Review 52, 1982.
