Vanessa Skinner recently received the highest rating available to attorneys by the nationally recognized Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. Vanessa’s legal practice focuses on estate planning, special needs planning, elder law, and probate and trust administration and litigation. She is an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for veterans’ benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. She is a member of the Elder Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections of The Florida Bar, and the Elder Law and Estate, Guardianship and Trust Committees of the Orange County Bar Association. Skinner attended Rollins College, where she earned her B.A. in English, with a minor in communications, graduating with high honors. She obtained her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law, where she also graduated with high honors.
