
Craig A. Minegar is a Shareholder with the law firm of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., practicing in the firm’s Winter Park, Florida office. He practices in the firm’s Real Estate practice area, representing clients with regard to commercial real estate, land use and environmental matters, and also represents a number of clients in the sports and entertainment practice areas.
Mr. Minegar is a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer, having been certified by the Board of Legal Education and Specialization of The Florida Bar since 1992. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and Cincinnati Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in Florida and Ohio (inactive).
Mr. Minegar attended Southwest Missouri State University, from which he graduated cum laude holding a B.S. in Political Science, with a secondary concentration in Economics, in May, 1980. He attended Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating in May, 1984.
Mr. Minegar practiced law in Tampa, Florida and Cincinnati, Ohio prior to joining Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A. as a Shareholder in 2003.
Mr. Minegar is an approved attorney-agent for a number of title insurance companies, a graduate of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce "Leadership Winter Park" Class X, Director of the Central Florida Association of Environmental Professionals, and member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, American Motorcyclist Association, Orlando Acoustic Guitar Society, and St. Andrew’s Chapel.
