Harold L. Downing is a shareholder in the firm's Winter Park office, practicing in the area of real estate and advising clients with regard to residential and commercial development. He is also active in the firm's representation of the City of Winter Park. A 1979 graduate of the Vanderbilt University School of Law, he was Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.
Active in civic affairs, he was instrumental in the successful effort to bring World Cup Soccer to Central Florida in 1994, and has served as President of the Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival. He is a recreational cyclist.
