Vanessa J. DiSimone is an attorney with the law firm of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., practicing in the firm’s Winter Park office. She practices in the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates practice area, counseling clients on estate planning matters and representing clients with regard to estate and trust administration and probate litigation matters. Ms. DiSimone is also a member of the firm’s Corporate, Intellectual Property and Real Estate practice areas. She represents both for-profit and non-profit, tax exempt organizations in their corporate formation and other business transactions.
Ms. DiSimone is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar and is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association. She attended Rollins College where she earned her B.A. in English, with a minor in Communications, graduating with high honors in 1998. She obtained her J.D. from Florida A & M University College of Law where she graduated with high honors in 2007. While a student at Florida A & M University College of Law, Ms. DiSimone was a member of the Law Review staff (2005-2007).
Prior to joining Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, Ms. DiSimone worked as a journalist and was published on the Associated Press Newswire as well as in a variety of newspapers and magazines, including the Orlando Sentinel, Orlando Magazine, and Orlando Arts Magazine. She also spent six years working as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
