Todd Demetriades
Todd Demetriades was born in Melbourne, Florida. Mr. Demetriades is a shareholder with the firm Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman PA and has been with the firm since 1999. He focuses primarily in the areas of business, commercial litigation and construction law. He also advises clients on Electronic Data retention, preservation and discovery and lectured on the topic.

In his construction practice he has represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, architects and sureties in all phases of construction including contract negotiation, project administration, insurance disputes and litigation. In addition, Mr. Demetriades represents owners and developers involving condominium conversion and construction disputes.

Mr. Demetriades is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the state of Florida. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Computer Law Committee (present) and the Florida Bar Civil Procedure Rules Committee (beginning July 1, 2008) .

Mr. Demetriades obtained his B.A. at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois in 1992 where he majored in History. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida in 1996.

Mr. Demetriades also serves as a director on the board of directors for the Ultimate Players Association, the governing board for the sport of ultimate in the United States (as Vice President 2006). He also is a director on the Board of Directors for the World Flying Disc Federation and chairs its committee on Anti Doping Rules and Policy implementation. Mr. Demetriades was a team member of the United States Masters Ultimate Team which won the World Championships in 2004 in Turku, Finland. To qualify as the U.S. representative, his team won the U.S. National Championships the preceding year.
