Everyone at WHWW takes pride in the firm's rich history of community service.

Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A. traces its roots to a time when Central Florida was a much smaller place.  From the time that “Red” Winderweedle and Webber Haines set up to practice law in downtown Orlando in 1931, despite the ongoing Great Depression, they began a tradition of involvement in the community which continues today.

WHWW lawyers have historically been at the forefront of volunteer service in area schools, charities, churches, youth programs, and other organizations which aim to improve the lives and prospects of our entire community.  Our lawyers have served as officers or board members of, to name only a few, Rollins College, the Winter Park Health Foundation, the Coalition for the Homeless, Lake Highland Preparatory School, Trinity Preparatory School, the Morse and Genius Foundations, United Cerebral Palsy of Central Florida Foundation, local Rotary organizations, Leadership and Chamber of Commerce programs, the metropolitan and local YMCA boards, the Orlando Historical Society, the Winter Park Day Nursery, and many more.

We encourage our lawyers to play leadership roles in the community because we believe that improving our community helps everyone.
