
Viktoria Collins is an associate with the law firm of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., practicing in the firm's Winter Park office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of complex civil matters, including real property law, administrative law, eminent domain, probate litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. She currently represents clients throughout the state of Florida including municipalities and post-secondary educational institutions. Ms. Collins is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as Civil Court Mediator.
Ms Collins is admitted to appear in the circuit and district courts of appeal throughout the State of Florida. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division, and the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals.
Ms. Collins was born in Stockholm, Sweden in 1976. Her family left Sweden when she was three and moved to Belize where she lived until moving to Florida. Ms. Collins is fluent in English, and Spanish, and semi-fluent in Swedish. She attended the University of North Florida and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1997 and graduated summa cum laude. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, College of Law in 2001. In Ms. Collins' second year of law school she served as Treasurer of the International Law Society and in her third year served as the President of the International Law Society. Ms. Collins has published articles on topics related to commercial litigation.
