
Frank M. Bedell is a shareholder of Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman who practices in all types of civil litigation.
Frank has served the legal community with distinction as a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors for The Florida Bar, as President of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar, and as Chair of the Annual Meeting Committee of The Florida Bar. He is currently Chair Elect of the Executive Counsel of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar. Frank is also a member of the Executive Council of the Orange County Bar Association, a Trustee of the Florida Supreme Court Historical Society and the Chester Bedell Memorial Foundation, a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation, and an ex officio member of The Florida Supreme Court's Commission on Professionalism. In 1999, he was one of two lawyers to receive the President's Award of Merit from The Florida Bar. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Frank received his B.A. in English from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill in 1982 and his J.D. from the University of Florida in 1986.
Frank was listed in the " 40 under 40 " issue of young leaders in Orlando by the Orlando Business Journal. Between college and law school, Frank served as an aide for then-Governor Bob Graham. Frank is married to Ashley Frost Bedell, and they have two sons. Frank is a member of St. Michael's Episcopal Church in College Park.
