Timothy J. Kiley

Timothy J. Kiley is an associate with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman, practicing in the Orlando office. He practices primarily in the firm’s commercial litigation practice area. Mr. Kiley is also actively involved in the firm’s banking, business, construction and real estate litigation practice areas.

Mr. Kiley attended the University of Notre Dame where he received his B.A. in Economics, graduating magna cum laude in 2003. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2007. While a student at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he was a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Advocacy (2005-2006).

Mr. Kiley was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2007. He is also a member of the Orange County Bar Association participating in the Young Lawyers Section. In addition to bar activities, Mr. Kiley is an active participant and board member of the Notre Dame Club of Greater Orlando.

Mr. Kiley was a law clerk for Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman during the 2005 and 2006 summers and he joined the firm in August 2007.
