Mya M. Hatchette

Mya M. Hatchette is a shareholder with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman and practices in the firm’s Winter Park office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial and real estate litigation involving landlord-tenant law, contract and business disputes, lien foreclosures, complex title claims and construction litigation. Mrs. Hatchette received her B.S.B.A. degree, summa cum laude from Georgetown University and her J.D. degree, cum laude from the University of Miami Law School. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2000.

In addition to having her Juris Doctorate, Mrs. Hatchette is an active Florida licensed real estate broker and is a member in both the state and local bar associations. Mrs. Hatchette serves on the Board of Directors for the Orlando Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and is a frequent lecturer on various legal topics concerning real estate including mortgage fraud, real property litigation and landlord/tenant law.
