Craig A. Minegar

Craig A. Minegar is a shareholder with Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman, practicing in the firm’s Winter Park office.
He represents clients in connection with real estate matters.

Mr. Minegar is a Board Certified Real Estate Lawyer, having been certified by the Board of Legal Education and Specialization of The Florida Bar since 1992. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Orange County Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association and Cincinnati Bar Association.  He is also licensed (currently inactive) in Ohio.

Mr. Minegar attended Southwest Missouri State University (now Missouri State University), from which he graduated cum laude holding a B.S. in political science, with a secondary concentration in Economics, in May, 1980. He attended Wake Forest University School of Law, graduating in May, 1984.

Mr. Minegar practiced law in Tampa, Florida and Cincinnati, Ohio prior to joining Winderweedle, Haines, Ward and Woodman as a Shareholder in 2003.

Mr. Minegar is an approved attorney-agent for a number of title insurance companies, graduate of the Winter Park Chamber of Commerce “Leadership Winter Park” Program, and member of the Central Florida Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce and Ohio Oil and Gas Association. He is also an avid motorcyclist, acoustic guitarist and member of the American Motorcyclist Association.
