The firm represents owners of agricultural operations in all areas of the state with all aspects of their businesses, including contractual negotiations, permitting, licensing, governmental compliance, water rights and environmental issues.

Clients include grove owners, citrus processors, water control districts, grove management and caretaking companies. We have also represented lenders to agricultural owners and operators in the making of agricultural loans, the collection, the workout, and foreclosure of such loans.
